For only £100 + VAT one of our accredited energy assessors will visit your property to carry out a comprehensive energy site survey, this includes an official Energy Performance Certificate. Shortly after you will receive our ‘Renewable Energy Suitability Report’ identifying which renewable energy technology (if any) offers the best solution for the property including Solar Thermal Heating, Solar photovoltaic (PV)(Electric), Air and Ground Source Heat Pumps systems and micro wind generation. The report also includes important advice on where energy savings can be made with financial savings presented in easy to understand illustrations.

Should you go to use us to design and install a renewable energy system will refund the cost of the survey and issue a new EPC after completion free of charge.
